Grilled Lobster



Saw these on sale Friday so I grilled 'em up. First time! Couldn't be easier:

split the tail in the top (hard side) with a knife
pull tail out to rinse then pat dry with paper towel
douse in some good olive oil (I use the Ludy mixture), season to taste with some of that Maryland crab stuff or whatever you like.
return to shell
grill 4 minutes (medium/300-350 degrees) on hard side, flip over for 3 more on softer side...then finish as needed to desired texture

draw some butter if that's your thing and enjoy.
